I have been fascinated with the art and science of photography as far back as I can remember. As a child I had a unique way of “seeing things”. Images of simple things such as trees, clouds, rocks, even a pencil or a tin can would stimulate my imagination in such a way that I felt I had to capture it right then and there. I knew without a doubt that the only way to do that was through photography.
I was always fascinated by the master photographers throughout history, and spent countless studying their images and techniques.
Needles to say I caught the “shutterbug” at an early age, and it remains my number one passion to this day.
I enjoy applying a photojournalistic style to all my work, giving portraits and group work a vivid, living character that really makes them pop.
